Who is Julia Fast Practitioner Ortho-Bionomy?
Hello, my name is Julia Fast. I live in the beautiful region of Central Otago, in the lower South Island of New Zealand. I qualified as a Nurse in 2000 in Germany. I am a certified Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner and currently provide clinics in the Central Otago region.
What is Ortho-Bionomy?
Ortho-Bionomy was founded and developed by Dr Arthur Lincoln Pauls in the 1970’s.
Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle and non-invasive practice which activates and stimulates the self-corrective processes within us. This self-corrective approach often allows for longer lasting effects as it enables the body to reset its own memory and balance its nervous system.
My philosophy towards the practice of Ortho-Bionomy…
is based on the understanding that physical pain or discomfort is typically the result of an emotional or physical experience. During a session I ensure the client is in a comfortable position and by following their preferences for the direction of any movement, and then constantly tracking, and paying attention to the sensations of their physical body I am able to guide the client and support their ability to observe any change, no matter how slight, in their physical body.
Following a session many clients comment on how experiencing the safety and security of the treatment has enabled them to relax and to remember what that feels like for them.
How do I book a consultation with Julia Fast?
An initial consultation will determine the level of treatment I can offer you. The number of treatments varies from client to client and is based on your experience of the first session and how you feel in the days/weeks that follow.
You are welcome to call or text me direct or book your consultation online. Please see booking option below.
Can I contact Julia Fast for more information?
Yes. I welcome any enquiries. If you would like to understand more about how your body works and how Ortho-Bionomy may contribute to your well-being, please contact me for further information.
I am also available to speak on Ortho-Bionomy to any local groups/service clubs who may wish to find out more about the practice and its benefits. There is no fee for this. (If there is sufficient time I am able to include a short demonstration).
